FOUR PROJECTS, FOUR SOLUTIONS
Ideas realised through SDA Bocconi's MAFED program
01
BVLGARI
JEWELLERY
Developed a new
everyday jewellery
concept for a younger audience
PROBLEM
Bvlgari challenged us to imagine a new everyday jewellery line — one that could resonate with a younger generation while staying unmistakably rooted in the house's Roman identity
INSIGHT
We started with what this generation wants: value, quality, meaning — not just decoration. Minerva, the Roman goddess of wisdom and strength, gave us the language to answer that — her armour reimagined into a vocabulary that complements, not competes with, icons like Serpenti.
OUTCOME
We paired consumer research with Bvlgari's brand codes to find a white space: versatile, stackable jewellery with a story behind it. Minerva's armour shaped the look; the mesh shaped the logic — using less gold for a more accessible price. Roman heritage, made lighter

TOMMY HILFIGER
KIDS
Reimagined TH kids for a new generation
through "Play Prep"
PROBLEM
Tommy Hilfiger challenged us to launch its Kids universe into the EMEA market — making the brand feel relevant to a new generation and a new region, while staying rooted in its iconic American preppy identity
INSIGHT
We created 'Play Prep' — built around a simple insight: sport is central to European culture, and Tommy's biggest opportunity was letting kids actually be kids in Tommy clothes, not just look preppy in them. Sport and family bonding became the bridge, making the brand feel more playful, active, and locally relevant
OUTCOME
We anchored the concept in sports that mattered most to a European audience — F1, sailing, and football — translated into kid-focused campaigns, social content, gaming, and physical pop-ups. The visual identity kept Tommy's codes recognisable, but loosened them with movement, play, and imperfection — prep that felt less polished, more lived-in

VEUVE CLICQUOT
MILAN DESIGN WEEK
Brought "Chasing the sun to" Milan Design Week 2026
PROBLEM
For Milan Design Week 2026, we set out to translate Veuve Clicquot's optimistic identity into something visitors could physically move through — not just see, but feel.
INSIGHT
We interpreted 'Chasing the Sun' as a human instinct — the pull toward light, joy, and togetherness. The experience followed the sun's own arc, from Sunrise to Midday to Sunset, moving visitors from individual wonder to collective celebration.
OUTCOME
Every touchpoint was built around that journey — immersive spaces, artist-led interaction, personalised patterns using AI and bandanas, a collective digital mural, retail and café moments. The experience began before Design Week even opened, with 'Follow the Sun,' and continued after through personalised digital keepsakes and limited-edition bottles — letting it live on past the physical space.
